Job Description
You will handle leasing activity, conduct tours, close sales, process applications, maintain records, support occupancy goals, and provide excellent service while following Fair Housing guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- To greet prospects, conduct tours, and professionally present the community
- To close sales, convert leads, and help increase occupancy
- To process applications, leases, and renewals accurately
- To support resident relations and deliver strong customer service
- To apply Fair Housing compliance and maintain market knowledge
Required Skills
- Industry leasing experience required
- Proven sales and closing abilities
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and compliance
- Knowledge of local rental market trends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail‑oriented
- Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar software
- Bilingual skills a plus
