Business Associate, Clifton Cardiology, Full Time, Day

Schedule & Hours:
This position is scheduled Monday through Friday and requires flexibility to work varying shifts based on departmental needs. Start times range from 7:45 AM to 11:00 AM, with an 8.5-hour workday. Candidates must be available to work 1-2 late evenings per week (typically Monday through Thursday), with shifts ending between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Schedules may vary from week to week.

Position Summary

Performs a variety of front desk activities that support the Practice and professional staff and performs a variety of essential services (checking-in, checking-out, etc.) as directed or requested by Practice Manager.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a formal coursework in office management, database management or business. Computer literacy required.

Experience

Six (6) months of previous customer service/data entry, administrative/office management/clerical experience required.

Position may require rotating to other VMG locations from time to time when necessary.
