We build brands that heighten a consumer's buying experience. 3B partners with some of the world's leading retailers and beauty boxes to develop and design unique products. Based on these brands, we want to build a stronger campaign appealing to specific target audiences.

Mission

We are currently seeking an energetic Graphic Designer to join our creative team with a love for the beauty industry! As the creative mind behind our brands' visuals, this individual will have a strong passion for design and the global beauty industry, as well as a knack for creating content with intent to build brands and reach new audiences.

Essential Functions :

• Producing attractive and effective package designs across 10+ brands
• Client facing presentations and direct communication
• Continually investigate social and style trends to ensure our packaging stays relevant!
• Work closely as a collaborative designer to seek out the best design solutions, while also being a strong independent worker.
• Collaborate with Design Director, Designers, and Sales to create and produce compelling solutions that align with all requirements and business objectives outlined in project briefs.
• Responsible for ensuring our online presence is elevated and clear across all of our retail partnerships.
• Create, revise, & maintain design files across multiple brands (e.g. photoshop, illustrator)
• Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed
• Incredibly detail oriented

Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in graphics (or comparable degree)
• 2+ years of creative design experience
• Portfolio of previous work
• Advanced Knowledge in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in the beauty industry
• Ability to meet deadlines and function in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment
• Must take direction well and can manage all aspects of a project from start to finish.
• Highly creative & innovative
• Video editing skills a plus
• Dieline knowledge & creation a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
