· Proficiency in Medical Assisting with knowledge of clinical best practices
· Familiarity with Medical Terminology and its application in patient communication
· Experience in Medical Office operations, including scheduling and administrative tasks
· Strong background in Patient Care with a focus on empathetic and effective communication
· Knowledge of managing and maintaining accurate Electonic Medical Records
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team
· Client specializes in diagnosing and treating skin disorders, such as acne, inflammatory conditions, and skin lesions, including cancers
· Key responsibilities include assisting healthcare providers with clinical procedures, managing patient care, maintaining up-to-date electronic medical records on Modmed(EMA) and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office flow
· The Medical Assistant will also educate patients on treatment post care instructions and provide compassionate support during their visits
Our client is a comprehensive cosmetic and medical dermatology practice dedicated to skin health and rejuvenation. The practice offers a wide range of services, including facial injectable fillers, botox, laser and light-based skin treatments, body contouring, and anti-aging skincare, and specializes in diagnosing and treating skin disorders, such as acne, inflammatory conditions, and skin lesions, including cancers. The practice is also experienced in thorough skin cancer screenings and dermatologic surgeries. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Assistant , located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Key responsibilities include assisting healthcare providers with clinical procedures, managing patient care, maintaining up-to-date electronic medical records on Modmed(EMA) and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office flow.
