Daily Bank Recs of Chase Bank accounts

Tax Tool bank balance for payroll/operating account

Weekly Payroll –

Timecard calculation for Daily hours

Attendance and PTO recordkeeping

Report payroll to ADP

Payroll journal entries

Make weekly 401K contributions

Payroll checks distribution

Accounts payable

Receive/stamp new invoices

Match all invoices to purchase order and review for accuracy

Enter in accounting software with cost code and PO #

Credit card statement reconciliation

Maintain running operating account balance

Cut checks/ACH payments for owner’s review

Accounts Receivable

Enter all invoices into accounting software

Deposits

Match payment to current invoice and document at bottom of invoice; Enter payments received into accounting software

Bank of America Visa Monthly statement reconciliation

All charges, coded and entered into accounting software

Monthly Worker Compensation Audit

Spreadsheet Audit completed with ADP reporting

Payment made with online WC portal and journal entries made to accounting software

Monthly Sales Tax – NY, NJ and CT

Tracking of sales take with deposit made during month

Reconciliation of sales tax collect for the month to be paid to appropriate state.

Monthly payment through online portals

Quarterly Sales Tax reports to be filed and/or paid to NY, NJ and CT

General Ledger maintenance

Daily, weekly, monthly journal entries to proper GL accounts for accuracy

Ability to adjust account classification for accurate financial reporting

Month End closing of all bank accounts and accounting software

Weekly AR Aging and AP Aging review for accuracy

Financial Statement reconciliation of Balance Sheet and Income Statement

Human Resource

Maintenance of all current and new employees’ personnel documentation and attendance sheets

Facilitate onboarding company documentation and enrollment for newly hired employees per company policy

Payroll setup of new hires

Administration of, enrollment and termination of company Healthcare benefits

Administration of company HRA and OCA accounts for employees

Various Miscellaneous

Company DOT/UCR Maintenance, Company State Certifications and renewals, Annual Report filings
