Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is looking to add a qualified Per Diem Physical Therapist in Bridgewater, NJ, located in the TD Bank Ballpark . Sports Physical Therapy and Performance Center is a freestanding, outpatient clinic part of the largest academic health system in New Jersey. We deliver patient-centered care with a focus on one-to-one manual therapy with ample treatment time for each patient. Excellent work environment with a private practice feel, but the benefits and resources of a hospital system

Qualifications:

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level
• Licensed in NJ

Preferred:

• Active membership in a professional organization

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• BLS certification through American Heart Association

Scheduling Requirements:

• Day Shift
• Per Diem Schedule

Essential Functions:

• Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills are required for intra-disciplinary and interdisciplinary communication
• Examines and evaluates patients upon referral from a physician, podiatrist, dentist, or nurse practitioner
• Plans and implements specific treatment for patients to reverse impairments, restore function, and facilitate the development of skills essential for adaptive and productive living
• Participates in PI and physical therapy clinical education programs
