Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualified appointments daily with homeowners to assess roofing or gutter needs.
• Visit client homes, perform visual inspections, present service options, and provide estimates.
• Follow up on company-provided leads.
• Maintain accurate notes and proposals in the company’s CRM system.
• Close sales through clear communication, trust-building, and professional presentation.
• Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project execution.
• Represent the company professionally at all times while promoting quality and customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Background or strong understanding of construction, roofing, or home improvement preferred.
• Previous sales experience (retail, field, or service-based) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working under a base salary + commission pay structure.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client appointments.
• Work standard business hours (9 AM–5 PM), with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends to meet client schedule.
• Reliable, professional, and able to maintain a customer-first attitude.

Hours: 9 am - 5 pm
