Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare facility in Edison, NJ, is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT Technologist for a 13-week contract position with an immediate start date. This opportunity offers a stable daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, perfect for professionals looking for consistent hours in a dynamic imaging environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Must hold Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or ARRT Nuclear Medicine (ARRT(N)) certification.
• Required additional certification in Radiology (ARRT(R)), CT (ARRT(CT)) or NMTCB(CT).
• Current New Jersey state licensure in both Nuclear Medicine and Radiologic Technology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Nuclear Medicine, CT, PET imaging procedures, and patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures accurately and safely.
• Operate PET and CT imaging equipment to obtain quality diagnostic images.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care.
• Maintain pliance with radiation safety and infection control protocols.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as required.
• Document procedures and maintain detailed patient records.
