Brokerage Operations Program Manager
Position Overview:
HomeRiver Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Brokerage Operations Program Manager to become a pivotal member of our team. This dynamic role will lead the brokerage operations team, ensuring the engine of our business runs with maximum efficiency. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will provide critical support to our high-performing Brokerage team while driving key projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities:
Brokerage Operations Management:
- Serve as the key operational resource for the brokerage team, proactively identifying and resolving challenges to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Manage and optimize all operational data for marketing campaigns, lead funnels, and sales activities using Lead Simple and online listing webpage/forms.
- Lead and empower the market-specific Broker of Record team, providing essential resources and guidance to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop insightful reports, performance dashboards, and presentations to drive strategic business decisions.
- Oversee the commission process to ensure all payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for all company policies, procedures, and workflows.
Project Management & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Serve as the central point of communication for all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates and facilitating productive meetings.
- Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track and within budget.
- Champion quality by contributing to QA processes and maintaining rigorous documentation, including meeting minutes, risk logs, and status reports.
Skills Required :
- Brokerage: Basic understanding of brokerage and real estate transactions.
- Project Management: This includes understanding project lifecycles, project management methodologies.
- Project Planning: Being able to break down projects into tasks, estimate timelines and budgets, and identify potential risks.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical terminology and concepts may be required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for keeping stakeholders informed, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts.
- Organization and Time Management: The ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is crucial for keeping projects on track.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Being able to identify and solve problems that arise during a project is a key skill for any project manager.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Comfortable working collaboratively with a team. They should be able to motivate and guide team members while also fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders is important for successful project execution.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, project management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Real Estate Brokerage or Property Management experience is required.
- 3 to 5 years project coordinator, scheduling or any role that involved supporting project execution.
- Strong interpersonal, building relationship and communication skills.
- Experience using G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Drive.
