Senior Siemens Opcenter (Camstar) MES Developer

Role Description / Must-Have Technical Skills

• Experience managing Manufacturing domain programs in MES.
• Preferred experience managing programs on Siemens Camstar / Siemens Opcenter Core platform.
• End-to-end implementation experience of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) .
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Siemens Opcenter Core / Camstar Designer
  • Camstar Portal development
• Good understanding of:
  • COA/CIO/MIO interface connectivity
  • Azure Kubernetes
• Experience delivering large-scale global MES projects with ownership of delivery quality.
• Complete lifecycle implementation experience on MES COTS platforms (e.g., Camstar Enterprise Platform).
• Experience in Camstar upgrades .
• Experience leading:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Factory Model implementation
• Domain expertise in:
  • Medical Devices
  • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
• Knowledge of integrations between Camstar MES and:
  • ERP
  • LIMS
  • Equipment
  • HMI
  • Other enterprise applications
• Understanding of:
  • Computer System Validation (CSV)
  • Manufacturing validation processes
• Hands-on experience with SQL.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CIO/MIO Maps and Workflows in Siemens Opcenter Core/Camstar.
• Develop, code, and implement MES solutions.
• Resolve customer support tickets and production incidents.
• Analyze and understand business/user requirements and manufacturing processes.
• Lead and support site-wide Camstar implementation activities.
• Coordinate implementation tasks across project teams.
• Assign and distribute work among team members.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
