Your Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be a key part of the customer experience, representing the Spring Step brand with confidence, care, and enthusiasm. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit while contributing to a welcoming and high-energy store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized customer service with strong product knowledge
• Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and add-on selling
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor
• Assist with inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment
• Represent Spring Footwear’s family of brands with professionalism and pride
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
