• Identify target goals and develop plans for teaching target goals for our learners
• Create and implement motivation systems
• Generate and implements new programs
• Analyze data and make necessary tactic changes to meet target goals
• Manage creation and adequacy of therapeutic materials specific to each learner
• Manage behavioral techniques
• Provide parent training ensure open communication about treatment, progress, and address concerns
• Write progress reports in collaboration with parents and supervisor one month before the end of each authorization
• Conduct frequent program book reviews
• Collaborate with the Director to conduct staff evaluations, in service-workshops, and to develop new training materials

Qualifications:

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification
• Masters in behavior analysis, special education, or related field
• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum
• Experience providing supervision and training to therapists
• Experience providing parent training
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments

Schedule : This is a full-time position, 40 hours/week

Salary: Commensurate with credentials and experience
