NOW HIRING: Social Services Director
Are you a compassionate and organized professional ready to make a difference in residents' lives? We are seeking a Social Services Director to lead and manage our social services team at our nursing home!
Social Services Director Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate social services programs to support residents emotional and social well-being.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare staff to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide counseling and support to residents and families during transitions or challenges.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to social services in long-term care.
- Lead a team of social workers and maintain accurate documentation.
Social Services Director Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (Master's preferred).
- Social Worker license in New Jersey
- Experience in long-term care or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations for nursing homes.
