We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our incredible team.

Requirements:
- BCBA Certification
- State License
- Proven experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work commitments
Schedule:
- Flexible, with full-time or part-time opportunities available.
Responsibilities:
- Report to and take direction from the Clinical Director
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize care delivery
- Implement the Company’s clinical policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, state regulations, and Choice ABA's documentation standards in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Team
- Fulfill all BCBA responsibilities for assigned clients, including:
- Conducting assessments and reassessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing clinical supervision and parent training
- Participate in trainings, events, and professional development opportunities
- Enter billable hours in Central Reach within the required time frame
- Support BCBA fieldwork supervision and serve as RBT supervisor as needed, under the direction of the Clinical Director
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
