Position: Full Stack Developer - Advanced
Location: Jersey City, New Jersey (Onsite)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years into Full Stack Development
• 60% backend, 40% front end
• Java, Spring boot
• React, Typescript
• AI tools experience (GitHub, Copilot)
• Nice to have - Data Streaming tools - Kafka, GraphQL
• Any cloud works - AWS preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay Range: $70/hr. - $80/hr.
