Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for Med Surg Tele patients, including telemetry monitoring
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications and IV therapies per hospital policy; document administration
- Chart and update patient records in Cerner EMR; ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Floats to MST units and ED holds as needed; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, fall prevention, and discharge planning

Requirements
- Current RN license in New Jersey or a Compact state; active at submission
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent Med Surg Tele MST experience
- Vaccination: Flu vaccine required (no declinations accepted)
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in a float pool, with shifts assigned as needed
- EMR: Cerner experience or familiarity for charting
