Technical Scrum Master
- We are seeking a Technical Scrum Master who combines deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices with a solid technical foundation. This role will guide cross-functional engineering teams in delivering high-quality software solutions while removing impediments, improving team velocity, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate acts as a servant leader, Agile coach, and technical facilitator. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering complex technical solutions.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives .
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed, prioritized backlog with clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Remove impediments and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices , fostering continuous improvement and high performance.
- Track and report on Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, cycle time).
- Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, QA, and architecture teams to support technical delivery.
- Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Promote Agile maturity and help drive organizational Agile transformation.
- Ensure transparency and effective communication across business and technical stakeholders.
- Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master in technical teams.
- Strong hands-on experience working with software development teams (web, cloud, APIs, microservices).
- Solid understanding of SDLC , DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
