Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury

Location: Clark, NJ
Position Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Salary : $75,000-$85,000

GA Rogers is proud to partner with a growing and highly respected personal injury law firm in Clark, NJ. We are actively seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic trial team.

Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive support to their trial attorneys. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value injury cases from intake through trial, playing a critical role in achieving justice for clients.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys and will be responsible for:

• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and various legal correspondence.
• Organizing, summarizing, and analyzing extensive medical records and deposition transcripts.
• Proactively managing case calendars, tracking deadlines, and handling electronic court filings.
• Serving as a point of contact and communicating effectively with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Assisting in trial preparation, including compiling trial binders, managing exhibits, and preparing settlement documents.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

• 2+ years of experience in litigation (personal injury law experience is highly preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
