We are in search of an experienced transcriptionist for our Educational TelemedicineTM Services. This is an independent contractor position, compensation per transcribed document.
Job Requirements:
- Microsoft Word & Excel experience
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and document formatting skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible availability
- Ability to work alone, meet tight deadlines and respond quickly
- Knowledge of Veterinary terminology helpful but not required
Required Software & Equipment:
- Personal computer
- Transcription software
- Transcription pedal
Location/Hours:
- This is an independent contractor remote position. However, multiple in-person training sessions are required, so living within driving distance of Andover, NJ is a must.
- Hours vary, this is part time/as-needed. This job is best for a very flexible individual who can hop on/offline as needed throughout the day. Transcription hours are Mon-Sat 8am-8pm so work may be available at anytime with these days/hours.
