Resident Coordinator
Cherry Hill, NJ
Hours:
- Monday – Thursday 9:00a – 6:00p
- Friday 9:00a – 4:00p
- Alternating Saturdays 11:00a – 6:00p
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and prospects; handle inquiries, resolve complaints, assist with the portal, and plan/host community events while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Receive, log, and manage the workflow of Maintenance Service Requests; schedule contractors, place supply orders, and follow up daily with residents to ensure repairs are completed satisfactorily
- Regularly inspect the buildings and grounds, conduct move-out inspections, and oversee the "make-ready" turn process to ensure vacant units are pristine and ready for new tenants
- Keep customer information updated in the system during and after communications, manage tenant emails/calls, and prepare invoices for the Accounts Payable department
- Maintain open communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, routing specialized inquiries and escalating major issues or problems as necessary
- High School Diploma/GED
- Residential coordinator or similar experience (2+ years)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- $19/hr
