Installation Manager – Bath & Shower Remodeling

Toms River, NJ & Surrounding Areas
$80,000 – $125,000+ (based on experience)

Bath Planet of Central Jersey is a trusted, locally operated remodeling company specializing in stylish, low-maintenance, and cost-effective home improvement solutions. We focus on high-quality acrylic bath and shower systems and have built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

We’re looking for an experienced Installation Manager to lead and coordinate our installation operations in the Toms River area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong construction background who can manage teams, ensure quality work, and deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

• Oversee and schedule all bath and shower installations
• Lead installation crews and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Review customer contracts and coordinate product orders
• Manage inventory, materials, and vendor relationships
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up after installations
• Support crews with on-site issues and service calls
• Handle permits, documentation, and CRM updates
• Monitor job costs and identify improvement opportunities
• Hire, train, and coach installation team members
• Manage installation schedules, time-off requests, and job timelines
• Maintain accurate records (timesheets, receipts, job completion)

• 5+ years of experience in construction or installation
• Experience with acrylic bath systems preferred
• Plumbing knowledge strongly preferred
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong attention to quality and customer service
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• $80K–$125K+ (depending on experience)
