- Manage new client inquiries and intake process

- Recruit and screen candidates (RBTs, BCBAs, etc.)
- Post job openings, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication
- Must have Experience as a Intake Coordinator
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with ABA roles, credentialing, and intake procedures
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic systems
