What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering Phone Calls: You’re the first point of contact, making patients feel welcome and heard.
• Scheduling Appointments: Keep our calendar running smoothly and help patients find the right times for their needs.
• Collecting Payments: Process payments with accuracy and respect, providing a friendly experience.
• Verifying Dental Insurance: Help our patients understand their insurance benefits and ensure smooth processing.

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday, 32-34 hours per week—No nights or weekends!
• Hours: Monday 8-6, Tuesday 8-5, Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 8-4.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Previous experience as a dental receptionist and/or in dental billing is a plus.
• Software Skills: Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental software preferred, but not required.
• Customer Service Savvy: Making patients feel comfortable and supported is essential.
