About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
- Administer medications and provide patient education on treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families throughout treatment.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license in New Jersey.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
