Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for an experienced Production Pharmacy Technician to join a closed-door long-term care facility. This role supports evening operations from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare medications in appropriate packaging, including blister packs and unit-dose formats, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to residents.
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking medications, while monitoring proper storage conditions and expiration dates.
- Maintain accurate patient and medication records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year pharmacy technician experience.
- Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB) strongly preferred but not required.
- New Jersey State Pharmacy Technician license preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Frameworks software is a plus; training will be provided as needed.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM 2:30 AM
- Every other weekend rotation
