Talent Performance & Insights Analyst
Location: Commutable to Morristown (onsite a few times per month)
Team: Chief Talent Office – Talent Operations COE
Are you a data-savvy HR professional with a passion for turning complex information into actionable insights? We’re seeking a Talent Performance & Insights Analyst to join our high-performing Talent Operations team. In this role, you’ll work directly with a team of 12+, collaborating with global colleagues, People Analytics, Finance, and leadership stakeholders to drive performance measurement and reporting across the Talent organization.
What You’ll Do:
KPI & Performance Management: Define, track, and refine Talent KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Maintain dashboards and scorecards that provide real-time insights into program outcomes.
Insights & Decision Support: Synthesize data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights, trend analyses, and evidence-based narratives for leadership reviews and QBR presentations.
Operational Execution: Ensure data integrity, track risks, and maintain consistent reporting on Talent initiatives to guide decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Talent teams, People Analytics, and other stakeholders to establish measurement standards and foster a culture of accountability.
Who You Are:
6+ years of experience in HR operations, performance management, people analytics, or related roles.
Expert in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, forecasting, financial modeling) with the ability to tell compelling stories from data.
Experienced in creating impactful presentations and dashboards; Power BI or Vizier experience a plus.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in surfacing opportunities or issues.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Analytics, or related field; fluent in English.
Bonus Experience: Biotech or pharma industry, HR department exposure, talent operations, KPI management, and executive stakeholder interaction.
