Job Summary:

Fischer Roofing, a successful, fast-paced roofing company in Jackson, NJ, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This is a proactive, high-impact role , more than a standard receptionist. We need someone who thrives in a high-volume, high-energy environment , can field multiple incoming calls , take ownership of the intake process , and provide exceptional service to every customer.

As our Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will:

• Field a high volume of incoming calls efficiently and professionally
• Conduct a detailed initial questionnaire with each customer to capture all relevant information
• Take full responsibility for the intake process from start to finish
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and warm tone on every call
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely follow-up

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in home or commercial services
• Proven experience in a high-volume call environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
• Highly detail-oriented and able to follow processes accurately
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent typing skills
• Experience with basic computer software
• Experience with a CRM is a plus

Hours:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
