We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Architect Lead Specialist to drive the strategic planning design and implementation of complex IT solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise strong leadership skills and the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives. This role requires a forward-thinking professional capable of architecting scalable secure and high-performing IT systems while mentoring a team of IT professionals.

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide IT architecture ensuring alignment with business strategy and technology standards.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive IT architecture frameworks including system data application and infrastructure architecture.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements identify opportunities and propose innovative IT solutions.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend adoption strategies that enhance enterprise capabilities.

• Ensure IT solutions meet performance security and compliance standards across the organization.

• Oversee architecture governance processes and provide guidance to technical teams on best practices and standards.

• Drive integration strategies between on-premises cloud and hybrid environments.

• Lead and mentor IT architects and technical leads fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.

• Participate in project planning risk management and issue resolution to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Prepare architectural documentation technical specifications and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT architecture with significant experience in enterprise-scale environments.

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex IT solutions across multiple platforms and technologies.

• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS Azure or GCP) on-premises systems and hybrid environments .

• Deep understanding of networking data management security and application integration .

• Experience with enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF Zachman or equivalent .

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication skills including the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices microservices architecture and API management is highly desirable.

• Proven track record of successfully leading IT architecture projects from concept to deployment.
