The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

ob Summary

Responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen, maintaining workflow, daily routines, assignments, and monthly schedules. Responsible for recruiting team members. Responsible for ensuring quality control and patient satisfaction. Assists in planning, coordinating, and evaluating all aspects of the kitchen to ensure all established standards for policies and procedures are met. Must assist with taking phone calls from patients for their meal selections.Assist in performance improvement activities. Will be responsible for supervising the kitchen personnel.

Qualifications:

Required :

• Associates or Bachelor s Degree from an accredited College or University is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent critical thinking skills
• Will interact with hospital staff, patients and visitors

Preferred:

• Two years of experience in a hospital Food Service Department is required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Scheduling Requirements:

• Full Time
• Hours: 5:30 am - 2 pm, 6 am - 2:30 pm, 12 pm - 8:30 pm
• Every other weekend/Holiday Rotation
