Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Full Stack Architect to lead our technical initiatives and drive the development of our next-generation software platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 16 years of hands-on experience in software development and a proven track record of architecting, building, and scaling complex, enterprise-level applications. This role requires exceptional technical depth, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor and lead high-performing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Leadership: Design and lead the implementation of end-to-end software architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
2. Technical Strategy: Define and communicate the technical roadmap, evaluating and recommending new technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet business needs.
3. Hands-On Development: Remain hands-on with code, leading by example and contributing to the development of critical system components across the entire stack.
4. Mentorship and Governance: Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and establish engineering best practices and standards.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
6. DevOps and Cloud: Oversee the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, leveraging services from providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
7. Problem-Solving: Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex technical issues, diagnosing and resolving performance bottlenecks and production problems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Experience: 16+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant focus on full-stack architecture.
2. Deep Technical Expertise: Front-End: Mastery of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
3. Back-End: Expert proficiency in one or more back-end languages (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, C#) and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Express, Django).
4. Databases: Extensive experience with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases, including advanced database design and optimization.
5. Architecture & Design: Proven expertise in designing and implementing **microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems**.
6. Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and a deep understanding of cloud-native development, containerization (Docker,Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices.
7. Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is critical.
