• Summary
  • We are seeking a Paraprofessional to join our team at Minding Miracles Learning Center. In this role, you will support the educational and developmental needs of children in a classroom setting, contributing to their growth and success. Your work will be vital in fostering a nurturing environment that promotes learning and positive behavior.
• Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in implementing educational programs tailored to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Support children with developmental and behavioral needs in their daily activities and learning tasks.
  • Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between students and teachers to enhance understanding.
  • Provide care and supervision during classroom activities and transitions.
  • Help create a safe and engaging learning environment for all students.
• Requirements
  • Experience in childhood development or education preferred.
  • Strong understanding of literacy education techniques.
  • Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, families, and staff.
  • Experience working with children with special needs is a plus.
