We are actively seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of compassionate professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional care in Skilled Nursing/Sub-Acute, Assisted Living and Memory Care. We're looking for enthusiastic team members to fill various shifts.

Available Shifts
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Duties:
- Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.
- Monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor.
- Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.
- Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs.
- Maintain a hygienic environment.
- Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.
- Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.
- Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.
Requirements:
- CNA certification in good standing with NJ Board of Nursing.
- A desire to excel and grow as a healthcare professional.
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in memory care, hospice care, or medical-surgical environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards is essential.
