About Madison HondaMadison Honda is seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team in Stewartsville, NJ. If you are detail-oriented and ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.Job DetailsSalary: $18 to $20 per hourJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Stewartsville, NJ 08865Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnter and review data by posting invoices, vouchers, and payment requestsResolve account-related issues and discrepanciesBalance statements and finalize financial dataProcess accounts payable invoices and payment requests, issue reimbursement checksMatch checks to invoices and payment requests after check runsEnter, post, and reconcile invoice batches; research and resolve payables issues with vendorsPrepare accounts for payments and verify system dataMaintain filing systemsPerform cashier dutiesAct as back-up receptionist during breaks as neededBreak down and cost dealsHandle daily depositsPost accounts payable and receivablesBill deals, swaps, and wholesales accuratelyWork EnvironmentThis role operates in a professional office setting at our dealership.
