Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
- Present and explain insurance policy options clearly and effectively, tailoring recommendations to individual circumstances.
- Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- Process applications and manage policy documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Property Casualty license is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in a related field.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
