The Global Brand Manager will lead global communication campaigns and new product development for Neutrogena Face Care.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Co-develop global strategy and innovation pipeline for Neutrogena Wipes and Sensitive Skin leveraging market and consumer data, consumer and Health Care Professional insights and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and non-innovation-led growth
• Lead the development of Neutrogena Face communication campaigns, partnering with creative and influencer agencies to deliver ecosystem of assets that help build brand equity and market share. Act as the point of contact with agency partners, providing timely feedback, aligning internal stakeholders inputs and ensuring high quality assets and on time deliverables
• Lead the development of Neutrogena Sensitive Skin global communication toolkit, with consumer and Health Care Professional facing assets
• Set the foundation for Neutrogena Sensitive Skin platform business model and positioning
• Act as the marketing leader for innovation projects partnering closely with Project Management, R&D, packaging engineering, finance, supply chain, designers and agencies among other business partners to develop new products, claims, and comms from project definition, briefing, and development ensuring timelines and business objectives are met.
• Collaborate with Local Marketing, Customer Strategy, Finance, Supply Chain and Project Management to ensure new products deliver on growth, revenue and profitability goals
• Manage global budget for Neutrogena Sensitive Skin and Wipes
• Develop and deploy all aspects of product innovation in a highly cross-functional environment
• Own ideation and concept phase by translating consumer insights and trends into strong product ideas in close collaboration with market research
• Proactively identify emerging trends, have strong outside-in mindset with expertise in skin care category, competitive landscape and social conversation What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• A minimum of a BA/BS degree is required; a Master’s in business or marketing specialization preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing, preferably in innovation or communication roles, is required
Desired Qualifications
• Experience in beauty category (skincare, makeup or haircare)
• Track record of developing digital marketing campaigns
• strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required
• Track record of identifying white space opportunities, creating innovation and the ability to translate consumer insights into new product and/or claims is required.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and communication plans
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in product innovation highly preferred
• Superior communication, story-telling, project management skills and an ability to influence without authority is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience leading in a matrix environment and cross-functional teams is required
• Demonstrated financial acumen in making effective business decisions is required
