**Position: Administrative Assistant II **
Duration: 4+ months Contract
Work Location: Cranbury NJ USA 08512
**4 months to cover maternity leave
Onsite 5 days per week during training
WFH okay once per week on payroll close days, other 4 days in office**
**Job Description:
**
Position may include assisting employers by performing secretarial and administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, conference calls, and in-person appointments and communicate meeting details to all participants through appropriate communication channels, making travel arrangements and completing expense reports, assisting with event coordination and complete special projects as needed, working with confidential materials with minimal supervision.
**Qualifications:
**
*Position requires 2-4 years prior administrative experience
*Knowledge of MS Office Suite
*Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels within the organization.
