Paid Media Specialist
Our client, a fast-growing women’s clothing brand focused on delivering high-quality, stylish apparel to customers nationwide. is looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to lead and optimize their digital advertising and search strategy across Google, Meta, and SEO channels.
This role will directly contribute to scaling their brand presence, driving traffic, and maximizing online sales.
The Paid Media Specialist will manage all paid search, paid social, and SEO initiatives. This includes building, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in e-commerce digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google PPC campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max).
- Develop and monitor Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) focused on conversions and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, write effective ad copy, and monitor performance daily.
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize return on ad spend.
- A/B test creative, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Perform on-page SEO: metadata, headers, keyword optimization, image tags, and content enhancements.
- Coordinate with the content or web team to implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, site health, and technical SEO issues.
- Conduct competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Track and analyze KPIs including CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and organic performance metrics.
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop ad assets and landing pages.
- Align paid media strategy with product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for new channels, audiences, or campaign types.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or PPC management.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or fashion/retail preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO optimization tools.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword tools.
- Ability to write clear, compelling ad copy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Location: Linden NJ – OK with hybrid option
Salary: $75K
