Sr. Specialist, Data Analysis
- Deliver analytics solutions, including data modeling, semantic layer development, predictive analytics, dashboards, and self-service capabilities.
- Partner closely with Data Engineering, IT, and Finance Operations to ensure robust data pipelines, data quality, and model governance.
Advanced Analytics & Financial Modeling
- Build forecasting models, scenario analyses, profitability analytics, and performance management frameworks.
- Ensure analytical rigor, validation, and ongoing performance monitoring of models used across forecasting, commercial insights, and operational planning.
- Drive standardization and reuse of analytical components across divisions.
Program & Project Management
- Work within agile methodologies to drive transparency, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment with compliance, privacy, SOX, and governing financial controls.
- Advanced degree (phd preferred) in Statistics, Engineering/Bioengineering, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years professional or educational experience in Machine Learning, Data Analysis, Outlier Analysis, Data Curation/Engineering, Story-Telling and Data Visualization.
- Experience working in a team environment and related skills (People Management, Project Management).
- Expertise in advanced data analysis, data modeling, and modern BI/analytics tools (Power BI, SQL/Python).
- Experience with life sciences in Finance, Commercial, R&D or Manufacturing capacities.
- Experience or classwork in Advanced Mathematics and/or Engineering, Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Experience with machine learning workflows and predictive analytics/causation analysis.

- Collaboration: Works effectively across divisions, geographies, and functional boundaries.

$117,000.00 - $184,200.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
