Customer Service Representative:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. HVAC - Customer Service dispatching experience preferred but not required. Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Coordinate Permits, work with install manager and townships
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties:

Work with the team: You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure the work orders are completed efficiently - everyone pitches in because it's ultimately about serving the customer.

Develop your expertise: As a marketing specialist you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products and services. This role plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital and print space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Job Requirements:

You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone - from the customer to the team to yourself. You're even willing to be cross-trained in other areas.

You're a tech-savvy people-person: You love the puzzle and adventure of understanding and completing the technical challenges you're posed with every day. At the same time, you're comfortable talking to a client professionally.

You're ready to work: Marketing candidate must research, stay ahead of, and to a degree… predict industry trends. The ideal candidate will be able to easily adapt to industry and client changes in order to prove success for the campaign.

You're a professional: Responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing project actions and leading projects from ideation through to completion, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
