DriveNets is a leader in disaggregated high-scale networking solutions for service providers and AI infrastructures. Founded in December 2015, DriveNets created a radical new way to build networks by adapting the architectural model of the cloud to telco-grade networking. This solution accelerates network deployment, improves the network’s economic model, and radically simplifies network operations. With customers including Comcast, Orange, and KDDI - over 80% of AT&T’s network traffic now runs through a disaggregated core powered by DriveNets software. DriveNets Network Cloud-AI solution, based on the same technology, was introduced to the market in 2023, providing the highest-performance Ethernet-based AI networking solution, and is already deployed by Hyperscalers, NeoClouds and Enterprises. Raising over $587 million in three funding rounds, DriveNets continues to deploy the most innovative network infrastructure and is looking for the most talented people to be part of this journey.
The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Channel Sales Director to spearhead partner acquisition, enablement, and direct customer engagement, all while driving adoption of our cutting-edge AI/HPC networking solutions into Enterprise customer datacenters. In this hybrid role, you’ll recruit and manage a diverse ecosystem of partners—including VARs, SIs, and distributors—while acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a startup-like environment, blending technical background with business development expertise. If you’re a go-getter with a “hunter” mentality, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Development :
- Recruit and empower partners (VARs, SIs, distributors) to expand market presence in the datacenters of enterprise customers.
- Develop joint business plans, execute quarterly reviews, and foster enthusiasm within partner sales and engineering teams to promote our solutions.
- End-User Engagement :
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise and neo-cloud customers, aligning our solutions with their unique business needs.
- Revenue Growth :
- Drive quarterly sales targets through partner-led and direct sales initiatives.
- Build and monitor a robust partner-driven sales pipeline.
- Enablement :
- Orchestrate impactful training sessions and develop resources like playbooks and pricing guides to ensure partner success.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with overall company goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have:
- 7+ years of both direct as well as channel/alliance sales within the Data Center networking or AI&HPC or Storage industries.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical features into clear business value.
- Proven success in partner recruitment and enablement, driving measurable revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- A tenacious, assertive, and results-driven “hunter” mindset—committed to getting things done!
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous experience as a sales engineer or solutions architect in the HPC or networking space.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
If your experience is close but doesn’t fulfill all requirements, please apply. DriveNets is on a mission to build a special company comprised of individuals with different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
