Macy's Watch and Jewelry Repair is hiring a Retail Sales Manager and Technician. Many of our long-term employees enjoy the opportunity to help customers restore treasured heirlooms.
Retail Sales Manager (Watch and Jewelry Repair) Responsibilities
- Replace batteries in watches
- Perform other minor watch and jewelry repair
- Sell major repair services to be sent out to our workshop
- Sell add-on services
- Cover other locations when required
- This position may have room for advancement opportunities
Retail Sales Manager (Watch and Jewelry Repair) Qualifications
- 1 year experience with sales and excellent customer service skills
- Enthusiasm about watches and jewelry
- Dexterity working with your hands
- Flexible schedule is a plus
- Willing to learn new skill
- Must work Saturdays
