Holcomb Transportation is a leading provider of safe and reliable transportation in Southern N.J., with a commitment to ensure the safe transport of students and individuals. We take pride in delivering exceptional service and operation of a fleet of well-maintained vehicles. As we experience consistent expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team.
The Service Manager will assist the Service Director in the daily operation of the maintenance and repair of a 700+ Heavy Duty/ Medium Duty fleet. This candidate is responsible for the opening and closing of work orders in a timely manner; documenting State Inspection and repair paperwork; continuous tracking open/close repair times to effectively communicate with their Operations Team. The Service Manager will also oversee the shop staff daily and provide feedback to improve and elevate shop personnel and monitor and manage shop payroll.

Requirements:
- 3 years + in a management position in the Medium/Heavy Duty Repair or transportation industry
- Managing 10+ employees
- strong verbal and written skills
- ability to work under pressure and meet timeline goals
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
