Channel Program Specialist
- Coordinate distributor programs including inventory, point of sale, rebates, MAP Admin, Seismic portal, price management, Co-Op funding, training proficiency certification, stock programs, and short-term sales performance incentives
- Provide distributors with resources and tools to support their growth and align with company objectives.
- Maintain, update and communicate program tools, on-boarding checklists, business plan templates, documentation, policies, handbooks, and procedures in distributor self-serve portal.
- Serve as distributor point of contact for marketing support requests including digital content / e-commerce support, literature, product demos, and logos.
- Maintain and improve the Mutual Action Planning (MAP) process, supporting on-line measurement tools, KPIs, templates, and tracking regional MAP sessions to ensure compliance.
- Support required planning and facilitation of regular distributor meetings and communications including Distributor Updates, Advisory Councils, and Sales Meetings
- Work with Channel, Sales and SBU leadership to develop and distribute commonly required PowerPoint templates for regular channel communications across the different SBUs
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and pricing teams to support pricing communications and discount schedule changes to distribution.
- Maintain central repository for all current channel program discount schedules and price lists.
- Share insights from the distributor network with internal stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining program operations and enhancing distributor engagement.
- Recommend and implement best practices to improve program outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, distributor administration, or a related role
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with distributors.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to travel as needed
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
- Experience in the industrial automation sector is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with industrial automation products and services is preferred.
