Salary and Benefits

• Salary range $110,000 - $120,000 (Depending on experience)

• Holidays: 9 days annually
• Personal Days: 2 days annually (16 hours)

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM with one late day
• Designated admin time
• Seeing 18-24 patients per day
• Rotating with other providers for on-call responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments through interviews and patient history reviews
• Accurately diagnose health conditions based on assessments, labs, diagnostics, and medical records
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized care plans for patients
• Monitor and document patient progress and therapeutic responses
• Order labs, diagnostics, and make specialist referrals as necessary
• Coordinate care plans including discharge and follow-up instructions
• Facilitate collaboration among healthcare staff for integrated patient care
• Prescribe medications in accordance with State, Federal, and organizational regulations
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and pursue continuing education
• Review patient records in conjunction with collaborating physicians

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Active Physician Assistant license in the state of New Jersey
• Valid CDS, DEA, and CPR certification
• Experience in a family practice or community health setting is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
