Serenium Therapy & Wellness is expanding, and we're looking for an exceptional future leader to help launch our newest office in Cherry Hill, NJ, anticipated to open in Fall 2026.
This is not your typical Office Manager position!
We're looking for someone who wants to learn our business from the inside out, become an expert in the client experience, and play a critical role in building the culture, operations, and success of a brand-new location from day one.
The selected candidate will begin their journey by training in our established Eatontown office for approximately
1-2 months as a Client Care Coordinator , where they will learn our systems, workflows, service standards, and leadership expectations. During this time, you'll complete both our Client Care Coordinator and Office Manager training programs before transitioning into the Cherry Hill Office Manager role ahead of opening.

Your Career Path
Phase 1: Training & Development (Eatontown, NJ)
- Train as a Client Care Coordinator to learn the client journey firsthand.
- Master scheduling workflows, insurance processes, intake procedures, and client communications.
- Complete leadership and operational training alongside office leadership.
- Learn Serenium's quality standards, systems, and culture.
Phase 2: Office Launch Preparation
- Assist with pre-opening planning and operational readiness.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training support for future team members.
- Learn office reporting, metrics, and performance management expectations.
Phase 3: Office Manager - Cherry Hill, NJ
- Lead day-to-day office operations for the new Cherry Hill location.
- Support and develop front desk and client care team members.
- Partner closely with clinicians, billing teams, and leadership to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive exceptional client experiences and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor key office metrics including scheduling efficiency, call quality, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational effectiveness.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented culture.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the office.
- Lead and support Client Care Coordinators and administrative staff.
- Ensure exceptional client service and concierge-level experiences.
- Manage scheduling operations and workflow optimization.
- Monitor and improve office KPIs and performance metrics.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and staff development.
- Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to address challenges quickly and effectively.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and maintain operational consistency.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Serve as a culture leader and role model for professionalism, accountability, and empathy.

Preferred Experience
- Leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
- Healthcare, behavioral health, medical office, or multi-provider practice experience.
- Experience managing front desk operations or administrative teams.
- Scheduling, insurance verification, and patient intake experience.
- Experience tracking metrics, KPIs, or quality standards.
- Experience with EMRs, practice management software, or multiple systems simultaneously.
