Someone who wants to grow with us and whom can create, educate, and manage a group of adventurous and excitable children. What Can You Do?
- Creative interactive lessons and activities following the themes and curriculum for each month. (Creative Curriculum)
- Using a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, sing-a-longs, dance etc.)
- Observe each child and help them build self-esteem improving their social competencies.
- Encourage children to interact with each other and create friendships
- Ensure safety during naps and mealtime
- Keep track of progress and report to parents
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
- Be ready and willing to Have Fun!
- Experience supervising and/or educating
- Understanding of child development and educational methods
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- Ability to act as mediator between children
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is Great!
- Cool-tempered, friendly, caring, reliable
- A constant willingness to have fun and enjoy teaching!
