Air Professionals in Flemington, NJ, is seeking an experienced HVAC Crew Leader to oversee residential and light commercial installations, guide team members, and ensure excellence in every project full-time . This role is ideal for a skilled heating and cooling professional with years of installation experience, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to high standards. YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC CREW LEADER

As an HVAC Crew Leader, you will lead a team in the installation of heating and cooling systems, ensuring all work meets industry and company standards. You will train and mentor apprentices, delegate tasks effectively, and oversee job site operations. Customer communication will be key, as you provide updates and ensure satisfaction. Your leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining efficiency, quality, and team development.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong leadership skills, including delegation and on-the-job training
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Proficiency in soldering techniques
• NATE Certification

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time heating and cooling role offers overtime opportunities. Some weekend work is required, and your schedule will be covered during the interview!
