Job Title: National Account Rep
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a National Account Rep to join our client to support national customer relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic account management. This role focuses on analyzing performance data, guiding account level initiatives, and ensuring profitable execution across assigned national accounts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in forecasting, planning, and presenting insights that influence business decisions. This is a permanent, onsite opportunity based in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Compensation:
$60,000 to $70,000 per year plus an annual performance based bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the National Account Rep:
• Drive revenue and volume growth by managing national accounts using data driven sales strategies and performance analysis
• Develop and execute account specific growth plans aligned with company objectives, profitability goals, and customer needs
• Oversee core account management activities including contracts, item setup, assortment recommendations, and promotional execution
• Analyze financials, customer trends, and trade program effectiveness to identify risks and incremental growth opportunities
• Prepare forecasts, business reviews, and executive level sales presentations while collaborating cross functionally to support account success
Qualifications and Skills for the National Account Rep:
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred, with equivalent professional experience also considered
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with comfort working with sales data and financial metrics
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a customer focused mindset
• Willingness to travel up to 15 percent and bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus
