In this role, you will provide companionship and support to elderly clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This position is perfect for compassionate individuals who enjoy building relationships and offering personalized care in a friendly, home environment.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and errands as needed.
- Monitor client well-being and report any changes in condition to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine interest in helping seniors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Previous caregiving or companion care experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are a plus.
- Competitive pay of $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
