Fast paced service company seeks innovative, resourceful Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. Must be a college graduate with excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities shall include but not limited to proofing of all correspondence, maintain office equipment, hire and recruit office and technical staff.
Must have college degree and demonstrate competence in employee development, team building and customer service programs. Applicant must be able to prioritized and meet stringent time lines with excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient in
Microsoft work
Excel
QuickBooks
60 plus typing skills
Excellent command of the English Language both verbally and written
